Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Zmina website at zmina.app and the Zmina waitlist. A separate terms of service will apply to the Zmina application once it is available for purchase. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Zmina is operated by Mykhailo Onikiienko, a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada (GST/HST: 71925 8956 RT0001). For questions about these terms, contact support@zmina.app.

What the waitlist is

The Zmina waitlist is a way for you to be notified when the Zmina application launches. By joining, you agree to receive:

• A confirmation email asking you to verify your subscription
• One launch announcement email when Zmina is available
• At most one additional email if there is a major v1.1 update

You will not receive other marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content from us.

What we are not promising

Zmina is in development. By joining the waitlist, you understand:

• We do not commit to a specific launch date
• We do not commit to specific features, pricing, or platform support
• We may modify, postpone, or cancel the product without notice
• The waitlist itself may be discontinued at any time

If we discontinue the waitlist, all subscriber data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our privacy policy.

No purchase

The waitlist is informational. No transaction is taking place, no payment is being collected, and you are not pre-ordering the product. If you choose to purchase Zmina after launch, that purchase will be governed by a separate purchase agreement at that time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to subscribe to the waitlist. By submitting your email, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your rights to leave

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or by emailing privacy@zmina.app. We process unsubscribe requests immediately and your data is deleted within 30 days.

Our rights

We may remove subscribers from the waitlist at our discretion, including for repeated bounces, abuse, or apparent spam signups. We will not remove you arbitrarily.

Acceptable use

Don’t use this site to:

• Submit other people’s email addresses without their permission
• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts other than your own
• Disrupt or interfere with the site’s operation
• Engage in any unlawful activity

Disclaimer

This site and the waitlist are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the site’s availability, accuracy, or the eventual product. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.

This disclaimer does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, mandatory consumer protection laws of that jurisdiction may also apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will email subscribers about the change. Smaller updates (clarifications, contact updates) will be reflected here with a new effective date.
